Roger Cox

Chief Executive Officer

Roger, one of Selectemp's original founders, came to recruiting after many years in the lumber industry. Over the years Roger's ability to communicate and lead by example catapulted him from ground-level positions to supervising and directing entire plants. Today he brings this wealth of knowledge and experience to the recruiting process.

At Selectemp, between 1987 and 2004, Roger served as Chairman of the Board and President. In 2004 Roger took over the day-to-day operations. He works side-by-side on a daily basis with the Branch Managers to lead individual branches and provide strategy for the company as a whole.

Roger's unique perspective has allowed him to facilitate the growth of Selectemp. Roger empowers his team to not only see, but to understand the Big Picture. The result is that Selectemp managers and staff have the same feeling of ownership that they share with their team.
