Download an application from our website, and bring or send it to your local Selectemp office. You can also get one directly from any branch office by requesting one be sent or picking it up in person.
No! Selectemp does not charge our employees any fees.
The majority are "Temp-to-hire," meaning they are intended to become regular, ongoing positions.
Selectemp also hires for projects. These positions tend to be for a specific duration.
Selectemp has offices in four locations throughout Oregon — Eugene/Springfield, Salem, Albany and Medford.
All applicants should dress appropriately for the specific type of position that they want. There are many occasions when an applicant will complete the interview with a Staffing Manager and then have the opportunity to either begin work immediately or have the opportunity to leave our office and go for another interview with one of our clients.
Necessary experience depends upon the position that you are applying for. Not all of our positions require a specific skill set. Some have opportunities for on-the-job training. Other positions require verifiable and practical work experience.

Selectemp is a drug-free work environment. All employees are required to abide by our policies regarding drug use.
Drug screens are administered at a branch level when an employer requests it.
Selectemp's office hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday. A Selectemp representative is available 24 hours a day for emergency contact. Selectemp also has a 24 hour answering service available to personally take each phone call. All messages are delivered to office staff to be handled as quickly as needed.
Selectemp has offices throughout the state of Oregon. Once you have been employed in one location, you are eligible to work in all offices, as long as you have left your assignment with Selectemp on good terms.
Selectemp's workweek runs Sunday through Saturday with payday being the following Friday. It is the employee's responsibility to turn a Selectemp time card into the office, before Monday at 9am, for seamless processing of a paycheck.
